On behalf of the Autonomous Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition, (IIMSAM). An Intergovernmental accredited Observer with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), in accordance with the Resolution no. E/2003/212, dated 5th March 2003.

• Represent the IIMSAM Organisation as a Diplomatic Treaty Organisation in all Administrative and legal matters concerning that may arise in the course of IIMSAM’s Institutional Development in the Republic of Lebanon, the GCC & MENA Region.
H.E. Mouallem the Managing partner – Chairman of Alwasl International Group, Lebanon Branch. With his office based in the Capital City of Beirut – Verdun area. Additional legal studies were conducted at the University of London with an emphasis on Banking, Finance, Business International Law,Corporate & Commercial Laws, Joint Venture Agreements, Arbitration.
